Challenge Pitch Session 10: Combination of 2 Challenges: SPA Aqua Prima

The Challenges

During this session, EU companies will provide pitches to two challenges, presented by SPA Aqua Prima:

• Nutrient Recycling and Bioremediation Solutions:

The high concentrations of organic loads in surface waters from domestic and agricultural run-off are resources that could be harvested and recycled into products that improve crop yields and add value to crop resources for communities. SPA Aqua Prima is seeking innovative solutions; specifically, biofiltration technologies for outdoor open surface waters and for indoor pools.

• Energy Reduction for Wellness Facility:

SPA Aqua Prima is seeking innovative ideas that support renewable energy integration into health and wellness facilities, such as spas, saunas and pools; specifically seeking the use of waste heat and waste steam, biomass heating and solar thermal solutions.
