Gabriella Rufo

Gabriella is a Senior Consultant at Cleantech Group and is based in the U.S. She conducts analysis on cleantech ecosystem building to discover key global trends in stakeholder engagement, cluster development, innovation policy, and capacity building to develop replicable frameworks for emerging markets. She also facilitates cleantech innovators’ expansion into international markets to reduce the carbon footprint of large corporations.

Prior to Cleantech Group, Gabriella worked in market research and international development in Washington, D.C. on sustainable agriculture and natural resources management. She served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Indonesia working on community-led initiatives in education and environmental protection.

Gabriella holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable International Development and a Master of Business Administration from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. She received a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs and Spanish from James Madison University
